Link Apartments QPN

Link Apartments® QPN in Long Island City features a thoughtfully curated collection of original artwork integrated throughout the building’s shared spaces, reflecting both its architecture and the creative character of the surrounding neighborhood. Curated by art consultant Emily Santangelo for Grubb Properties, the collection brings together emerging and established artists—including Emilio Perez, Liz Roache, Yuke Li, John Clement, Tara Donovan, KAWS, Naomi Kawanishi Reis, and Stefan Heyne—with works extending from the lounges and co-working spaces to elevator lobbies, the mailroom, bike room, dog spa, and courtyard sculpture garden. The program was celebrated through a “Meet the Artists” event that invited residents and guests to engage directly with several of the featured artists and learn about their work, underscoring Grubb Properties’ approach to using original art to enrich the resident experience and create a distinctive sense of place and community.
